i'm a former teacher
turned to homeschool mama to my four boys. I'm married to my handsome husband, Taylor, and together we're building the life of our dreams. I'm passionate about helping others find a way to do it too! I also love sharing about holistic health and wellness, clean/nontoxic beauty and of course all things motherhood. Other fun facts- I love Jesus, iced coffee and sunshine. I grew up in Southern California. I'm a certified clinician in Whole Foods nutrition, with a degree in Health sciences and a Masters in Education. With 4 kiddos and 3 dogs, it's a house that's full and full of love!
My Why
I have many reasons
why I chose to start my business with Monat. After completely falling in love with the products, I knew sharing about them would be easy. As a law enforcement wife and stay at home mom to four young boys, life is full of so much love and goodness, but if I'm honest, some days are purely exhausting and I'm left with nothing in my tank. So why would I add more to my plate by starting a business?
Well, for just that reason.
I want my family to
have more time together as a family. My husband works on the front line, as a police officer. So it's a dangerous job, with long hours and a challenging schedule. With a large family living in Southern California, one income forces him to work over time, which means extra hours he misses out on life at home. I want to be able to contribute financially and relieve some of the burden, which is why this opportunity felt like an easy decision. Having the flexibility to make an income in between naps or while my kids are playing in the backyard is such a gift.
And not to mention
the amazing community
and friendships that I never knew I needed as a stay at home mom. That was just a bonus! I can get swept away in changing diapers, cooking and cleaning, keeping up with laundry, homeschooling, etc, but I think in order for me to be a better mom, I needed/wanted my own outlets. This business allows me to be creative and work towards something that really supports my family.

I enjoy camping, hiking the beach, gardening, playing soccer, (basically all things outdoors) and singing/writing music with my husband.
