I'm a wife, homeschool mom to four boys, and a certified Integrative Metabolic Wellness Practitioner. I help health-conscious women uncover the missing pieces in their wellness journey using functional labs, foundational healing, and a bio-individual approach.
You were designed to feel nourished, aligned, and whole.




My philosophy
The Self-Healing Nature of the Body:
I believe deeply in the body’s innate wisdom and power to heal—when given the foundations and required support it needs.
The body is continually repairing damaged areas, detoxifying harmful substances, and prioritizing our survival, above all else. A body functioning in a less-than-ideal state is not failing us, but instead attempting to compensate and protect us. I acknowledge that symptoms are just the body’s way of communicating that it is out of balance and some areas need additional support. I fully believe that when we bring it back into alignment, the body is capable of self-healing, as it was beautifully designed to do.
Foundations First:
These must be in place first before implementing more targeted interventions, like specific protocols, supplements, and utilizing functional labs, to ensure lasting results.
These foundations include a whole-food, nutrient-dense diet, elimination of environmental toxins, quality rest, supportive rhythms, sunlight, fresh air, movement, reduction of lifestyle stressors, etc.
Bio-individuality:
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all protocols, and as such, I cater my recommendations to each specific client and their individual needs. While there are some foundational truths for everyone, I also recognize the importance of bio-individuality through personal biological makeup and lived experiences.
Whole-Body/Life Approach:
I approach wellness from a whole-body and whole-life perspective, with an understanding that each aspect of ourselves (mind, body & spirit) are deeply connected to the other.
Lifestyle health is a grossly overlooked topic in the wellness world… it is all too common to see seemingly “health-conscious” individuals who are burnt-out, overwhelmed, keeping stress levels continually high, and living a lifestyle that is not conducive to wellness. I take a true holistic approach, assessing every area of the body and life, including routines, schedules, work, parenting, marriage, mindset, and more.
